Anybody who can effectively teach learners with appropriate experience and qualification, can register & start teaching on vLearnLive. Post registration, a basic KYC screening is done by vLearnLive to maintain the quality of the teaching. After approval from vLearnLive, educators profile will be listed on vLearnLive.
vLearnLive does not bind any Educator for any commitment, in terms of Number of Hours of Educating & Earning.
An Educator is free to exercise his available time for Educating and also charge fees depending upon his experience and style of Educating.
Yes, vLearnLive provides the flexibility of setting up demo classes to the new Learners. However duration and the price of the demo class will be mutually agreed between both, Educator and Learner.
One Educator can take only one demo class for each learner.
As soon as the Learner pays for the class, an email is sent to the registered email id of the Educator, confirming the receipt of payment from Learner against a particular class.
Also payment status of each class is available on the vLearLive educator dashboard.

On vLearnLive, an Educator and a Learner have to agree for an ALL INCLUSIVE PRICE, which is paid by the Learner before the start of the class.
All Inclusive Price is the TOTAL of the following:-
- 1. Base Price Of the Class
- 2. Learner Convenience Fee (5% of Basic Session Fee)
- 3. GST @ 18% of [Base Session Price + Learner Convenience Fee]
An Educator earning is 80% of the Basic Price of the Class and the balance 20% of the Basic Price of the class is the income of vLearnLive from Educator. GST rate is as prescribed by the Government of India at the time of payment.
vLearnLive transfers an Educator’s accumulated earning every fortnight to his/her Bank Account, as updated under his/her profile section.
The accumulated earnings for 1st-15th, is transferred to Educator's Bank Account by the 20th of the same month and the earnings for 16th-30th/31st, is transferred to Educator's Bank Account by the 5th of next month.
vLearnLive encourages each Learner, towards end of the class, to share the Feedback as well as the Ratings of the Educator. The same is displayed on the profile of the Educator and prospective learners can see the same and decide which Educator to learn from.
Good Internet connectivity is the most important factor for deriving maximum benefit from vLearnLive.
A minimum speed of 2 Mbps (upload and download) broadband connection is of utmost importance for live sessions. Anything below 2 Mbps, would hamper the quality of audio & video streaming of live sessions.
Apart from this you require a laptop/desktop camera, a laptop/desktop microphone and digital pen/tablet for the interactive audio & video live sessions.

A session from an Educator end would considered complete, if the total time spent on the Live Interactive Session, is minimum of 45 minutes. Therefore it is requested that the Educator plans the session accordingly at his end.
In case you don’t turn up for the session at all, then conditions as mentioned under the Refund Policy would be applied.
On vLearnLive a Learner can post his/her learning requirements and the same is shared to the Educators who can teach the requirement of the Learner.
Once an Educator shows interest on the requirement of the Learner, the Learner can see the same at his/her dashboard. The Learner can then see the complete profile of all the interested Educators along with their Feedback/Reviews (if shared by the Learners learning/learnt from them) and post that can decide which Educator to learn from.
On vLearnLive you can communicate with the Educators using the internal messaging feature, which is available to the Learner on his/her dashboard.

On vLearnLive a Learner can attend One on One class (mainly for doubt clearing or specific topics) or Group Classes (mainly for full courses with 4-10 Learners in each class). The number of Learners in a Group Class can change as per the decision of vLearnLive.
A Learner can pay his/her Session fees by using anyone of the below options, through the Payment Gateway available in the Portal:-

• Debit Card
• Net Banking

If a Learner wants to make multiple classes payments, then the Learner has to request the Educator to create multiple classes at his/her end, post which the Learner would see the option to make the combined payment for all the classes at one go from his/her dashboard.
For eg. If a Learner wants to make payment for eg. 6 classes, then the Learner can request the Educator to create 6 classes at his/her end to enable the Learner to pay for all the 6 classes at one go from his/her dashboard.
The Learner is supposed to make the payment in advance and before the start of the session. Also we would like to request that the payment be done, in a time bound manner, as Learner's enrollment in the Session, is subject to availability of seats (Enrollment in a Session is on First come First Serve basis the payment done).
On vLearnLive, a Learner, can request an Educator to reschedule a class but rescheduling is the sole prerogative and availability of an Educator. Also a Class can be rescheduled to a maximum of 3 times.
At vLearnLive, we try to ensure that the same Educator teaches the Learner till the time the learning requirement of the Learner has not completed.
But in case due to any personal issues the Educator is not unable to undertake future classes, then vLearnLive would arrange a new Educator for teaching the balance learning requirement of the Learner. The frequency and duration of each class along with fee, once again needs to be agreed with the new educator.
On vLearnLive, a Learner can view all his/her due payments on his/her dashboard itself.
